A member of our team will call you to confirm availability, verify the order details and answer any questions. The contract is formed when we confirm your order verbally and dispatch your parcel.
Pricing: All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at the time of your order confirmation call is the price you pay.
Payment: Payment is made in cash or by card directly to the courier upon delivery. No payment is taken online.
Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel at any time before dispatch by informing us during the confirmation call or via email. There is no charge for cancellation before dispatch.
