Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) - a plant-derived material. The product contains no gelatin or animal-derived ingredients.

No added gluten or lactose. No artificial colours or preservatives. However, this product is manufactured in a facility that may also handle other ingredients. If you have a serious allergy, review the full label upon receipt.

Take one capsule per day with a full glass of water, ideally during a meal. Any time of day is suitable - consistency matters more than timing. Do not exceed the recommended dose of one capsule per day.

Each pack contains 90 capsules, which at one capsule per day gives a full 90-day supply. Use the supply calculator on the homepage to estimate your own timeline.

Yes. You can cancel any time before dispatch - simply let us know during the confirmation call or contact us via the details on our Contact page. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may also decline to accept it at the door.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an unopened product for a full refund. Opened food supplement packaging is legally exempt from statutory return rights, but we assess each case individually. See our Returns Policy for details.
